- Are any trees showing signs of age or disease?
- Are any trees with branches overhanging the house or roof causing algae/moss?
- How much cleanup will be needed for leaves that fall in autumn?
- How often will those trees need to be serviced?
These are just a couple of things that I would not doubt would be overlooked by first time buyers.
